Virtual & Hybrid Team Building Events with Interactive Games & Activities
Most teams don’t struggle because people aren’t talented. They struggle because remote and hybrid work makes it genuinely hard to connect. We help fix that through interactive team building games and online events designed to build real relationships, not just fill a calendar slot.
Retention & Engagement Development (R.E.D.) Program

Your Employee Engagement May Be Costing You.
Employee churn and a lack of engagement can be devastating to the productivity and success of your team.
Especially in a virtual environment, it’s easy for teams to feel disengaged, and when they do, their happiness at work dwindles, their work suffers, and eventually, they leave.
After working with 1000s of teams across 100s of virtual and hybrid companies, the R.E.D. program was created in response to the widespread and growing issue of employee dissatisfaction, lack of retention, and lack of engagement in the virtual workplace.
We’ve worked with 100s of teams to develop a team building program specifically geared towards improving engagement and culture.
That means everything from quick virtual team building games your team can jump into on a Friday afternoon, to longer corporate team building activities built around your company’s specific communication gaps.
Our Subconscious Team Building Program is guaranteed to help you boost employee retention, performance, and engagement this month – or you don’t pay.
So how can we help you tap into this boost in team performance and avoid costly employee churn?
As soon as this week, we’ll run a team building event that works on developing your team’s communication and engagement at a subconscious level. Then based on their performance during the event, we’ll create an action plan customized to your team. Our events uniquely overcome employee retention and engagement problems, and we guarantee your team will feel more engaged by the end of our time working together.
How It Works:
Our analysis and engagement plan consists of three primary steps:
Initial Meeting
First we’ll meet to discuss how your team is doing from your perspective, and discuss exactly
what challenges you’ve had.
We’ll ask you and your team a few questions and get a really clear picture of what the biggest
barriers to performance and engagement are right now.
Then we prepare a custom event targeting your team’s specific needs.
This works whether your team is fully remote, hybrid, or spread across time zones. We’ve helped all kinds of distributed teams find their footing, and we’ll know exactly where to start after this first conversation.
Team Building Event & Evaluation
We’ll run your team through one of our unique, diagnostic and training experiences. The virtual event is typically 2 hours.
Our events are designed by international, award-wining designers to get your team more engaged and working better together than ever. It’ll be so much fun, your team won’t even realize they’re being evaluated through it.
We customize this experience to help your team overcome the problems we identified together, boosting their engagement, soft skills, and culture. And because it’s so much fun, it gets around any barriers your employees might have when presented with typical “team training” programs. Your team will actually be practicing the same skills you want them to emulate in your company, but in a way that will get it to stick at a subconscious level.

These aren’t generic online team building games. Every activity in the session is chosen specifically for your team based on what we learned in step one, so the experience feels relevant, not off the shelf.
Lasting Engagement Plan
After the event, your team will be feeling great, but we want to keep that progress.
At the end, you’ll get a final report with action steps on how to maintain all the great progress they’ve made.
This plan specifically taps into providing steps for retention and continued engagement based on the evaluations with done with you and your team. We’ll have identified the key areas of improvement, and our consulting team will develop a guide for steps you can take right away to keep your team engaged and performing long after the event is over.
For teams that want to keep the momentum going, we can recommend a recurring schedule of online team building events at a pace and price point that fits your budget, from affordable monthly sessions to a fully managed premium engagement program.
Complete program rates usually range from $100-$220/person depending on your team’s size and exact needs.
FAQs
We have some people in the office and some working remotely. Can you work with that?
That’s actually where a lot of teams are right now, and it’s something we’ve built our events specifically around. Every experience works equally well whether someone’s joining from a conference room or their home office. Nobody gets a worse version of the event just because of where they’re sitting.
What do your virtual team building events actually look like?
They’re live hosted, meaning there’s a real person running the experience, not a playlist of activities people click through on their own. Depending on what your team needs, that might be a competitive escape room, a social deduction game, a trivia game show, or a creative workshop. All of them run online and are designed to get people talking to each other in ways that a regular meeting never would.
Are these just for big companies, or do smaller remote teams use them too?
Both. We’ve run team building events for remote teams of 5 and for groups of 5,000. For smaller teams, the games tend to feel more personal since everyone’s more involved. For larger groups, we split into breakout rooms so it never feels like a lecture. The structure adapts to your size, not the other way around.
What's the difference between a one-off event and the full R.E.D. program?
A single event is great for morale. People have fun, they leave feeling more connected, and that matters. The R.E.D. program goes further. We use the event to actually study how your team works together, then build a plan around what we find. If you’re dealing with real retention or engagement problems, a one-time game night won’t solve that. The program will.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what your team needs. Standalone online team building games for remote employees are priced per person and affordable enough to run every month or every quarter. The full development program ranges from $100 to $220 per person depending on team size and scope. Either way, it’s a fraction of what it costs to replace even one employee.
