In this live workshop, your team practices structuring a message for people with no time, handling the question they did not expect, and staying composed when the room is tougher than they planned for.
Event Overview
- Participants
5-500 guests
- Duration
2-3 hours
- Event Type
Virtual, hybrid or in-person
A professional coach leads your team through live exercises, small-group practice, and real-time feedback. Nobody sits through a lecture. Every person practices in front of the room within the first few minutes and stays active throughout.
Your team works on real situations they face: three minutes with an executive instead of the twenty they prepared for, a partner who challenges the premise before they reach the point, and a senior stakeholder who has already decided the answer. You will run these live, with the coach pushing back the way a real room would.
Everyone leaves able to structure a message for someone with no time, handle a question they did not see coming, and stay composed when the room is tougher than expected. The examples and difficulty adjust to your group, whether that is a team preparing for a board review or client-facing leads heading into a renewal.

How It Works
Getting started is simple. One demo call and your coach handles the rest.
Book a demo call: Tell us your team, your goals, and what you want people to walk away doing differently.
Shape the workshop: Your coach builds the exercises and examples around the real situations your team faces.
Pick your format: 2 or 3 hours virtual, half or full day in person.
Level up together: Everyone practices, everyone gets feedback, and everyone leaves with something they can use on Monday.
