How does the 25% discount work?
Once your group reaches 200 people, every seat is 25% off any game in our holiday catalog. Tell us your headcount, and it’s built into your price.
Is there a minimum group size?
Yes, the enterprise rate is for groups of 200 or more. For smaller teams, check out our quarterly membership for $10/person off for a year of events instead, or book a single event at standard pricing
Which games qualify?
All our holiday theme games qualify for this offer. These include murder mysteries, escape rooms, game shows, creative and wellness workshops, and seasonal holiday events.
Is this virtual or in person?
We run live-hosted virtual games for both remote and in-person teams. Typically, our host runs the event virtually for the best experience. Just let us know your preference, and the host will show up online or at your location (if it’s in person). The in-person games are in select locations in the US.
How do you keep a group that large engaged?
A live host runs the whole thing and keeps the energy up from start to finish. There are a variety of activities and games to choose from to keep the energy high and the event fun. Events are specifically designed so every player has an important role and moment! Players will chat in smaller groups, use the chat and interactive game features with the larger group, and all make decisions that impact the event as it unfolds. How long are the events?
Standard events run 60 minutes, with 30, 45, and 90-minute versions.
Can you host on Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, or Webex?
Yes, any platform, but we recommend Zoom for maximum effectiveness.

Do you ship a gift to everyone?
Yes. For White Elephant, every player gets a real physical gift mailed to their home. After the event, each person gets a private link to enter their own shipping address, so nothing is shared on the call.
