Players are greeted by a live host, who will guide the experience with laughs and fun from start to finish. We mix up the mini games each year, so players look forward to something new.
Players will begin by playing mini-games, such as Winter Trivia, to determine the order of picking gifts for the white elephant game. After, players will play a second round of holiday mini games, such as guess the hidden image or wheel of fortune, to get extra power-ups and steals during the white elephant game. Then, the host will lead the group in all playing a virtual White Elephant game, where every group member will get a present! No need to provide your own gifts—we will provide and mail them all for you!
It is a White Elephant holiday party that runs itself, so whoever is organizing it can actually enjoy it too. During the event, players will privately submit their address so they don’t have to share it, and you don’t need to manage any logistics or coordination.
Standard gifts include bluetooth speakers, kitchen ware and equipment, home goods, candy sweets packages, and also funny novelty gifts like laser chopsticks, funny coasters, and more! Premium gifts include higher end gifts like Beats headphones, spa care packages, silver jewelry, large board games, table top fire pits, premium alcohol and meats/cheese packages, and more. Ultra-premium gifts include items like rowing machines, walking pads, Ninja kitchen appliance sets, slushie/ice cream machines, apple air pods, roombas, red light masks, tablets, and more. Contact us for a list. If there is a type of gift or style of gift your team would prefer, we can pass that onto our team to make sure it’s incorporated as well!
For the Buy Your Own Gifts option, you will need to provide the list of gifts 4 days before the event for us to run the game. We run the mini games and main event, and collect all addresses and who won what for you during the game.
It’s easy to get started. Playing is as easy as clicking on a Zoom link! Here is how it works:
Select Participants: Pick the number of participants that will be on the team. You can change this later if you need to.
Duration: Pick a date and your desired duration for your event, between 30 and 120 minutes.
Make a Reservation: Complete your reservation and make payment to secure your selected date and time.
Start bonding: Within 24 hours, you’ll get a link to join your event. At the start time, have your team click the link to join your live host! Your team is all set to have a great time and create memorable moments.
Cancel or modify a reservation for free anytime 3 full days prior to the event start time. After this time, for all cancellations, a cancellation fee of 50% of the event total or $100.00, whichever is greater, will be deducted from the refund amount. Cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive no refund.
Reschedule, change your number of participants, or modify the event date or time with no fee up to 3 days before the event start time. Less than 3 full days before the event start time, there is a rescheduling fee of $100 and participant count may not be able to be changed. Less than 24 hours before the event start time, there is a rescheduling fee of $125 or 10% of the booking.
Most events have 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minute variations. Pick the length that works best for you!
Each of the variations promises the same five-star event experience, reworked to best accommodate your schedule. Event length can be specified when booking.
Our events are built to support teams of any size! From 2 players to 1000+, we’ll be able to host teams of any size, no problem!
Depending on the event, some large teams may be split into smaller groups unless requested that everyone stays in the game group. You can tell us how you would like to split up your team, or leave it to our best judgement.
