How It Works

It’s easy to get started. Playing is as easy as clicking on a Zoom link! Here is how it works:

Select Participants: Pick the number of participants that will be on the team. You can change this later if you need to.

Duration: Pick a date and your desired duration for your event, between 30 and 120 minutes.

Make a Reservation: Complete your reservation and make payment to secure your selected date and time.

Start bonding: Within 24 hours, you’ll get a link to join your event. At the start time, have your team click the link to join your live host! Your team is all set to have a great time and create memorable moments.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancel or modify a reservation for free anytime 3 full days prior to the event start time. After this time, for all cancellations, a cancellation fee of 50% of the event total or $100.00, whichever is greater, will be deducted from the refund amount. Cancelations made less than 24 hours in advance will receive no refund.

Rescheduling & Changes Policy

Reschedule, change your number of participants, or modify the event date or time with no fee up to 3 days before the event start time. Less than 3 full days before the event start time, there is a rescheduling fee of $100 and participant count may not be able to be changed. Less than 24 hours before the event start time, there is a rescheduling fee of $125 or 10% of the booking.

How long are events?

Most events have 30, 45, 60, 90, and 120 minute variations. Pick the length that works best for you!

Each of the variations promises the same five-star event experience, reworked to best accommodate your schedule. Event length can be specified when booking.

How many participants do your events support?

Our events are built to support teams of any size! From 2 players to 1000+, we’ll be able to host teams of any size, no problem!

Depending on the event, some large teams may be split into smaller groups unless requested that everyone stays in the game group. You can tell us how you would like to split up your team, or leave it to our best judgement.

Do we need any special equipment or software?

Nope! You just need an internet connection. All you have to do is click a link and start playing.

We handle all the technical details to ensure a smooth experience.

Who facilitates the events?

We do! Every game is facilitated by our live hosts, who will assist the team with fun, laughs, and high-quality leadership training from start to finish.

Is this experience good for remote teams?

Yes, our online escape rooms and other team building events are ideal for remote teams. Players can join from anywhere in the world and have the same fun experience while fostering teamwork and camaraderie.

Can remote teams with limited tech experience still participate?

Certainly. Our platform is user-friendly and accessible. We provide clear instructions and support to ensure that even teams with limited tech experience can easily join and enjoy our online events.

We recommend starting with Ghosts of Craven Manor or Dark Tower for those newer to video conferencing.

Can we schedule multiple remote team building sessions for different departments or time zones?

Absolutely! We understand the challenges of coordinating teams across various time zones. You can schedule multiple sessions to accommodate different departments or regions, ensuring that all team members get to participate.

A fully designed, ready-to-run virtual holiday escape room they built themselves during the workshop. It’s not a template or a kit — it’s an original game your team creates from scratch, themed around the winter holidays, and long enough to entertain friends, family, or colleagues for 15+ minutes.
